"Hi everyone!
I am very excited to share my beauty routine recommendations with you. I always make time for these as I really believe that feeling confident and beautiful start with my skin. I also see a good regimen as an investment in the future as it will (hopefully) pay off in the long term.
My first and most important rule is NO SUN AT ALL, and if I have to be in the sun I will wear an SPF 50 minimum. Since I started to be more thorough with my sun protection 2 years ago, I have seen a major improvement to my skin. My pores have almost disappeared!
My second tip is to never use soap when washing your face. I prefer gentler options like a good micellar water and a toner. At the moment I am a big fan of Mario Badescu toner!
My third advice is to hydrate, hydrate and hydrate! I cover myself with argan or coconut oil before to go to bed and my skin wakes up glowing with hydration. In the morning I use an efficient anti-ageing serum and my favourite La Mer day cream. I keep my routine simple with an emphasize on good hydration.
Rule number four, I always try to use organic and natural products. Less processed and packed with goodness, they are better for the environment and they will leave your skin looking healthy and glowing.
The fifth tip I have is to invest in good treatments. These can be expensive but because they are targeted and done by professionals you will see the results almost straight away! My favourites are microdermabrasion, Dermalinfusion and regular keratin treatments for my hair. If you don’t have the budget for professional treatments, I really recommend Fresh Black Tea mask which makes my pores disappear instantly and for my hair I LOVE Shu Uemura serum!
Number six, take supplements! I follow a very strict supplement regimen which not only makes my skin, nails and hair better but it also helps with my overall wellbeing. I really enjoy Pukka and Dieti Natura products.
Finally, my last tip is to wear the least makeup possible. If your skin looks healthy don’t cover it with foundation. A bit of concealer, bronzer and mascara are all you need! Follow those pieces of advice, then put on one of my dresses and you will be glowing with confidence!"

I’ve decided to start organising wellness retreats with one of the most important people in my life; my mom.
I know what you’re going to say… isn’t launching a yoga retreat WHILE running a full-time fashion business going to be a lot of hard work?!
